    Get a Document Notarized?

    We can help you navigate the notarization process. Here's what will happen:​​

    1. Meet with us for your appointment.

    2. Provide us with the document you need signed. 

      • No printer? No problem. We can print for you.​

    3. Bring an unexpired form of identification.

    4. We will verify your identity/

    5. Complete the Notarization Process

    What type of identification do I need?

    Only the individuals who are having their signatures notarized need to have their identification verified. The most common way that we verify identity is through examination of one of the nine unexpired documents listed below. For in-person notarization, one of these nine unexpired documents may be used:

    1. United States Passport​

    2. United States passport card

    3. Certificate of United States citizenship

    4. Certificate of naturalization

    5. A Foreign passport

    6. A United States green card with photograph

    7. A state issued driver’s license

    8. A state issued identification card

    9. A United States military identification card

    ​

    There are specific situations where an individual may not have one of the nine unexpired documents. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your situation.
